Jennifer Graff, MD, FACOG
Dr. Jennifer Graff is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist who specializes in normal and high-risk pregnancies, general women’s health and gynecologic issues, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and adolescent women’s health. She grew up in Scottsdale, AZ, attended Texas Christian University, University of Kansas Medical School, and then did her OB/GYN residency training in San Antonio, Texas. She achieved top 5% medical school honors, received the Gold Humanism Award in residency, and was voted Best Volunteer Faculty Teacher for multiple years from the University of New Mexico residency program.
Brian Lindstrom, MD, FACOG
Dr. Lindstrom was born in Phoenix and grew up in Buckeye, AZ. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. After graduating from medical school at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA, he completed his residency training at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Amarillo, TX in 1999.
It is in Amarillo that he met his wife, Alyssa Schramm. They were married in 1999 and now have two wonderful children. His son, Grant, was born in 2001, and his daughter, Sloane, was born in 2005.
After practicing in Gilbert, AZ for 7 years, Dr. Lindstrom moved to Flagstaff in 2006 and started his practice with Flagstaff OB/GYN. He moved back to Amarillo in 2019 and practiced there for one year. However, he realized that Flagstaff is where he and his family belong. He is happy to be back with Flagstaff OB/GYN and looks forward to offering his many years of experience to the people of Northern Arizona.
Dr. Lindstrom is Board Certified by the American College of Obstetric and Gynecology. He cares for both High-Risk and Low-Risk pregnancies. He takes care of routine annual exams as well as both major and minor surgical procedures.
Laurie S. Perrin, MD, FACOG, PAG
Dr. Perrin’s practice focuses on the whole woman throughout their lifespan-from their teens through menopause and thereafter. She was recently boarded in Pediatrics and Adolescent Gynecology and is the only provider in Northern Arizona with this specialty training. In terms of Obstetrics, she is comfortable taking care of all types of patients including those who are ‘high risk’, have twins, or other maternal complications.
Dr. Perrin readily offers telemedicine appointments for both your convenience and safety concerns during the pandemic. Currently, these are available primarily on Tuesdays though other times are available if necessary as well.
Phillip Williams, MD, FACOG
Gynecology and Gynecological Surgery
Dr. Phillip Williams was born and raised in Flagstaff and is a proud graduate of the Flagstaff Public Schools. He attended college and medical school at the University of Utah and graduate school at the University of Chicago.
He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Fellowship certified in Laparoscopy and pelvic surgery from the Woman’s Hospital of Texas, in Houston.
Dr. Williams now specializes in gynecology and gynecological surgery. He and his team recognize the importance of a patient-centered medical experience. It’s a privilege to serve the community of Flagstaff by providing quality women’s health care through sound advice and
responsible diagnoses and procedures.
Kristi Kolek, PA
Kristi received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arizona State University and her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies with an emphasis in bioethics from Midwestern University.
As a third generation Flagstaff native, she is in touch with the needs of the community. Since graduation in 2007, she has worked in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She provides routine well woman care, contraception, premenstrual disorders, menstrual disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome menopausal symptoms and hormone replacement therapy. She also provides routine pregnancy care in collaboration with Drs. Graff, Lindstrom, and Perrin. Appointments can be scheduled in office or via telemedicine.
